Info on Peak Rock Capital

WSO community, anyone have any info on these guys? MM PE based out of Austin that recently raised a 1.3B fund devoted to PE/corporate credit. Based on the limited info online, looks like they're known for turnarounds / hairy situations. Anyone have any idea as to returns / culture / hours / associate comp / whether it would be a good opportunity? Any help would be appreciated.

"swaggerisaliability" Final bump

Sorry, I missed this before but believe there have been previous posts about the group if you search. Fund I did very well (top quartile IIRC). They do buy hairy businesses and frequently employ some sort of buy and build strategy.

I found most of the senior guys there to be arrogant pricks and the culture is fairly toxic (lots of turnover) from my anecdotal knowledge. But, if performance continues to be strong, hard to blame them for being shrewd, I suppose.

They are also the kings of beating up adjustments as a potential buyer and loading up on adjustments as a seller. Some of the shit we saw they try and portray as "add-backs" and "one-time" during pitches were literally insane.
