PEAK6 Assessment Test

I applied Trading Assistant Program at PEAK6 and was asked to complete an assessment test. I am wondering anyone has any idea of what it is. Appreciate it.

PEAK 6 Interview Process

An anonymous user shared the following insight about the process:

Online assessment, followed by brief phone conversation, then an on campus interview. On campus interview split into 3 portions, one hr, one math/probability (8 questions), and another conversation with a trader. The math portion is 8 questions, some mental math, some expected value problems with more information, you get pencil and paper for those. Friendly interviewers.

PEAK6 Pre-Interview Online Exam

An anonymous user on glassdoor shared the following information:

After filling out an application online, you have about a week to fill out two different online exams, in a sense. One is a more traditional personality survey. The other consists of short probability questions; there are only ten and you have three minutes to answer each.

Before the interview, you'll need to take an online assessment. 52x2=104 personality questions, 10 math/probability questions 1 min each, about 1 hours in total to finish the assessment.

I took it. Expect a few probability questions, some IQ-type pattern-recognition questions, some what's next in the series questions (ex: 1 4 9 16 ? 36, where ? = 25), and a couple logic/deduction questions. Not too hard but then again I didn't hear back.

When did you take it? I took it a little over a week ago and just got an email saying in order to be considered I have to fill in some missing information that I didn't provide. It was just a survey asking how I heard about PEAK6.

I took a math assessment for trading associate role and a coding assessment for trader support position. I was rejected for the support role and received an invitation to skype interview for the trading associate. Preparing for it now.

They got back to me in about a week. I got rejected for the traders role after the skype interview. I had a personal experience interview (Tell me a time ...) with a trader, then a technical with a trader, then a behavioral/fit (resume) with a HR.

I think I did well in interacting with the interviewers. They seemed to like me. But I think the mental math questions are the bottom line. I got really stuck on one mental math and asked the interviewer to repeat the question for like 10 times...... I also gave the wrong answer about one teamwork question (What do you find most challenging in teamwork). I didn't prepare for it so the answer was too honest.
