I don't see why not. I suppose the answer depends on the capacity of both your role in, and the scope of, the energy infra deals you have been on. Generally, I would say yes. But if you're currently back office focusing on downstream, maybe not so much.
Mid/Upstream has however recently seemed synonymous with infrastructure, so not completely apples to oranges.
