Intel on Lee Equity Partners

Hi all,

I used the search function but could only find posts from 2008 and 2015 discussing whether Lee Equity Partners is part of THL or not.

Does anyone have any intel on culture, compensation, fund performance, exit ops (b school and/or other funds), and how Lee Equity is viewed in the industry? Junior team is mostly consultants from Oliver Wyman, but lots of senior folks from Bain Cap looks promising.

Thanks in advance!

Bump. Anyone?

Solely on returns, I’d check Preqin but 6xxm for a 3rd fundraise is relatively weak based on the THL pedigree (though the flagship THL fund shit the bed fundraising as well) and it appears they did double their fundraise. Also likely is a marketing deck floating around online as well.

Did you already look at pedigrees/former employees on LinkedIn for turnover?
