They acquired Cain which is a really solid MM for HC. They have a separate recruiting process tho. Industrials is their main biz tho outside of Cain. Not horrible, not great either.
Decent Tier 2 MM player. Best groups are probably Industrials, HC, Tech. Bankers seem humble yet hardworking (though I heard their hours are on the lower end)
Pretty much this. Cain holds its own in HC services, industrials (chemicals in particular) has good deal flow (not just quantity, but quality).
I got a superday invite from them couple years back to fly to Cleveland/ somewhere in Ohio). It only took me an email to a MD and a call with HR to got the invite so I was skeptical about the opportunity. After asking some buddies at other banks I decided not to go. Plus they’re HQ’d in Cleveland....
