Lateral hiring at MBB

Hi All,

As the majority of hiring happens through the traditional channels, out of undergrad and post-MBA, I am curious to hear from anyone with experience in lateraling to MBB's. The two main types I've seen are people on Partner level (bringing strong client relationships) and people with deep knowledge of an industry (often in healthcare). However, I am more interested in the stories of people with 2-4 years of experience, coming from T2/T3 consultancies, big 4 practices, wealth/asset management or any corporate/advisory role.

Thanks to anyone willing to share!
