All the articles say 1st yr associates are getting 200k which Laz has confirmed. Great to see it but curious what bonuses this coming cycle will look like. Lot of people judge bonuses on % of base and I'm pretty sure the bonuses will be calculated off of a target all-in which may drive the % of base lower. Let's see, hopefully I'm wrong about this.
