I have just received an invitation to do a Lazard Video Interview for a role as UK intern. Has anyone done this specific interview before? What type of questions should I expect?

5 questions x 2 mins each. Questions were: incident when you learnt your weakness, why IB, why Lazard, how can you contribute and anything interesting about you, etc. Very basic and easy.

Sample Answer for Greatest Weakness:
One of my greatest weaknesses is the difficultly that I have delegating tasks when working in a leadership position. I frequently have a very clear vision of how I would like things to be completed which can lead to overextension of my schedule. For example – while on the executive board of the Economics Society I hosted an event meant to reach out to more women and get them interested in the major and the club. I had a more junior member of the club assigned to help me; however, I ended up delegating very little to her which resulted in the event monopolizing my time which led to me offering less effort to some other tasks on my plate. While the event was successful – I was committed to developing my delegation skills. When hosting this same event during this past semester I was able to successfully delegate more of my work to the co-planner by focusing on the fact that there is not just one right way of doing things and the event went off without a hitch.
It is important to note that you can stop the interview whenever you want.

Basic competency, nothing hard
Besides why Lazard and IB what else?
Mate, I dont think its fair to give questions away but consider the fact the interview is 20 mins and there are 5 basic competency questions

Probably a stupid question, but does it matter to some extent what you wear in the video interview? Would just a shirt work?
I was wearing a white shirt, that's it. Haven't heard back for 10 days..
completed my interview today.. botched up one question. Probably not gonna move to the next stage. Oh well...

Could someone explain to me what an assessment centre is haha? I did the video interview yesterday and got an invite for assessment centre today. What kind of written case study can I expect and how should I prepare?

Instead of leadership/teamwork, I got "tell us a time when you dealt with conflicting priorities."
BUMP I also got this question that referred back to the first half of the "video" written assessment. Phrased as: How would you have dealt with a competing conflict?
Does everyone get to complete the verbal and sjt test before the video interview or do they rule out candidates before these stages?
