Lev Fin vs Coverage Group for PE

Hi All,

My goal is to land at a PE shop (MM is fine, not a MF or die kind of guy) after doing two years at a BB. I really find Lev Fin interesting and think I would much prefer that over a coverage group but at the end of the day I'd rather do what is better for my career in the long run.

Would love any thoughts from people who were on both sides seeking to get into the buy side. Thanks in advance.
