List of firms and quant funds that offer internship/grad hires
Assuming there are a few people working in quantitative roles posting on WSO, anyone knows of a more comprehensive list or anything to add to this list?

Soros interviewed at my campus for Quantitative Investment Strategies last spring.
for undergrad? wow, i thought the only school they recruited was Harvard Business.
You're missing a lot of prop shops. I know for sure ur missing these places: -Tower Research Capital -SIG -Optiver -Jane Street -Bridgewater -Spark (they claimed to offer 200k in compensation, but don't know if they're legit) -Depending on whether you consider it financial, you can add Bloomberg Financial Software Developer to that list also (they hire analysts by the boatload).
These are a few firms I can see missing off the top of my head, but I'll add more if I can remember. Most prefer PhDs for their quant positions, but almost consider undergrads also.
Yes, they recruited late in the internship interview cycle though (March-April if I remember right). Also, I should rephrase that to "collected resumes on-campus" in the case of Soros. The interviews were on-site.Thank you for the addition, unqwertyfied.
Can't find any link about Spark recruitment on their website.
Yea, realized there's not a lot of info out there on them. For what it's worth, here's the info I have on them:
Company description from their job posting: We are the next-generation hedge fund. For over a decade, our outstanding people, half of whom have PhDs, have been developing the next generation of technologies, ideas, and strategies, three to four years ahead of our competitors. We have been highly successful because of both our technically superior strategies and our brilliant people, a close-knit group of alumni from Harvard, MIT, Cornell, and other such elite schools. This lucrative synthesis of human and machine cognition in an intellectually rich, supportive environment is at the core of our firm.
I think they only do only OCR and don't have online apps. But I do know that they recruit at quite a few of the targets (there was on WSO about them about 3months ago and quite a few prospective monkeys had seen them doing OCR).
Also add citadel, DE Shaw, QVT, AQR, DRW Trading, Jump Trading
Spark used to post jobs on monster quite frequently. They had multiple jobs like corproate strategy, prop trading, etc. A friend who went to wharton MBA interviewed with them and was impressed but did not get the offer.
Thank you guys, Consider we have like hundreds of these little quant funds out there, is there a list/database somewhere?
