Hi, I asked a similar Q in the consulting forum. I did my undergrad at non-target, now about to do MSc Economics at LSE. I have no internship experience at all, do I have any chance with summer analyst programmes (because graduate positions are, I assume, completely closed to me with no experience)? The frustrating thing is that many internships are for penultimate students only...

Not sure how the specialized masters programs work, but for MBA candidates the internships from undergrad are generally irrelevant. We have people who never worked in finance that landed BB summer associate internships. Not sure why as a graduate student you would look for undergraduate level internships.
Yes you have chances. No prior internship experience may hinder chances of going straight to the top firms but you can aim for a tier down then work your way up.
You can probably find firms willing to have someone work for them few hours a week during term time and FT during Christmas/spring holidays. This would allow you to get good experience and something on your CV. Pretty sure you could still find something for the end of this summer if you are willing to work.
