Clientele is primarily Silicon Valley with some New York and LA. 8-15 clients per associate compared to 40 or more for many ultra-HNW associates. Significant modeling exposure for analysts and associates; extensive client contact for associates. Compensation is competitive. It's 70 degrees and sunny almost year-round. Let me clarify: the pre-MBA associate position is for people with two or more years of work experience. With the nice salary and excellent lifestyle, it's a good exit for investment banking analysts and equities research people. We do, however, require a three-year commitment before business school. MBAs would only be considered for this role if the circumstances were unusual.
