What do you guys think of MS's new Real Estate Opportunity fund circa $8Bn?
How do you think that they will go about deploying that kind of capital? Will they have much trouble?
How do you think other big investors and IBs will respond? Do you think that other BBs will follow with similar fund offerings (of this scale)?
What do you think about the fund having an international focus (i.e. non-USA centric)?
