Napier Park Global Capital

Does anyone have any color on Napier Park Global in terms of asset mix and team structure. Their website says they have $14bn in AUM between CLO's, credit, real estate and PE. I was wondering does it skew to CLO's or is the AUM more of an even mix.
From their website it looks like they offer credit hedge funds and other alternative type products. Does anyone know if they have a centralized investment team or a dedicated CLO team and a dedicated stressed/distressed team.
lastly, What is the culture like and how does compensation compare to other credit managers.

When I interviewed with them (5+ years ago) it was structured with separate teams doing CLO vs corporate credit. At that time, the firm was small enough that while I would've worked primarily for the CLO team, I'd have done sporadic work for the corporate credit guys as well. I imagine that as the firm has gotten larger, the divide has gotten more structured, but can't say definitively. Can only speak for the CLO guys because that's who I met, but they seemed like nice chaps from what I could tell, and good at what they do.

Hey feel free to pm me, Napier has some good decks, charts and videos on their website. Clo management team is solid and have all been together since Napier was spun out from citi, pretty standard clo asset management, underwriting lev loan deals for the the various clo structures the co manages, they have a hedge fund business which is seperate but leans on some of the clo sector analysts for help with picks / pans
