Need some help for my thesis on LBO's
Hi,
I am currently working on my thesis regarding the European and especially the German LBO market. I am basically looking for a closed LBO deal that has the most information publicly available so I can analzye the deal as thoroughly as possible. I currently use CIQ as my database.
I found out that most deals don't even have the transaction value published. I was hoping to see some DD reports or sth like that but I guess my expectations were too high.
