Oaktree Real Estate Group Reputation

BB IB analyst here with a quick question.
When comparing Oaktree to some of the other megafunds, how does Oaktree rank? I know they're renowned for their success in credit, but I don't know much about their real estate platform. Can someone tell me a bit more about this firm's real estate group? Thanks in advance!
