Offer Decision - IBD SA Please Help

Received offers from UBS, Nomura and Rothschild in HK.

I am narrowing it to UBS or Rothschild - which should I choose?

UBS - higher return rate, longer hours, traditional IB experience (intern class of 15~, return rate 50%)

Rothschild - low return rate, much better hours and culture, more exposure (2 interns last year)

Have you talked to people from both firms? Pick the one where you liked the people the best because you'll be spending tons of time with them.

From my interviews, everyone was very nice. I had the feeling that Rothschild would give me more responsibilities, while UBS will give more training.
