PE Ops WLB / Comp

Haven’t seen a thread on this in a while so interested if there any updates views on PE Ops. Would be perfect to hear from the perspective of MF type Ops (KKR Capstone) vs growth oriented / MM (Insight Onsite types).

Have heard pay is generally very good, but really more interested in WLB vs consulting / MBB. Thanks!
