PE recruiting as 3rd year analyst/ A2A Promote
Hey all,
Was wondering if anyone has experience doing on-cycle recruiting as a 3rd year analyst or A2A promote, specifically for UMM/MF type roles. Is this generally possible if you have a good justification as to why you didn't recruit first two years? Thanks!
