This suit is practically solid. You can only tell it's plaid up close. It should be fine.

I just bought a suit that looks pretty much exactly like that.
Although you can take that tid bit of information with a large grain of salt as I'm sitting here at work wearing jeans, Puma tennis shoes and an argyle sweater, so dress code isn't my forte.

That suit looks like Ralph Lauren Black Label. I bought one just recently at their new years sale. Something like $1900 marked down the $600

+1 button collar with a suit = nubz. and the collar spread is not wide enough to justify showing the sides of the knot; should have tried a double 4-in-hand or a pratt/half windsor. color's whack, too.

I'd greatly appreciate it. Opinions on this Suit? Considering buying it and its a good price. Wondering if its okay for a 20 y/o intern to wear? The plaid is what worries me.

It doesnt seem to be a bad looking suit since the plaid lining is subtle but still a pretty dark suit. So by all means get it if the style attracts you but its not a suit you would bring to a potential interview if that makes any sense.
Thanks for replying. I get what you're saying, I just thought it was a good price and would look okay during the winter. Also, wanted to get opinions on whether the fabric is too much for an intern.
try it on and see how you feel wearing it in the store. if you are still hesitant don't buy it
Ditto that this is a fine suit to wear for every day occasions, but I wouldn't wear it to an interview.
This should be the 3rd+ suit you own (first 2 should be plain charcoal gray and plain navy ideally).
/I think the plaid is so subtle that you don't have to worry about it and if you're getting a deal at $350 then it's probably a good deal! But if you're paying $600 for it, I'd consider looking at custom options overseas!

nice suit, if you like it and want it get it but i wouldn't wear it until you safely have the fulltime offer (so not for the intership), I like to wear suits with something subtle to them and pocket squares but i let all that go and kept it conservative until I had the job and did a few weeks.
