PNC Capital Markets or PNC Mezzanine Capital

Not too much info on PNC capital markets on here. Was wondering if anyone had any updated comp info for analyst or associate in any of the capital markets groups? Any insight on the different groups (syndications, FIG, securitization, etc.)? Lifestyle?

Same thing with PNC Mezzanine. Comp for associate, lifestyle, responsibilities.

Any info is appreciated

PNC - FinanceGuy9999999 - what do you wanna know, and why? Interview? They merged with BBVA USA which just officially closed, creating a Top 5 US Bank by Assets. Direct Lending - they are a major player, partnering with Direct Lenders in Unitranche, and holding the ABL Revolver, or Revolver. PNC, Wells Fargo, Capital One CIT similarly partner with direct lenders in the same context. Cap One less so ABL, to be clear - more Wells/PNC. They're UW as right lead some TLB deals and get fees, less so left lead. See that more in pro rata loans - RC/TLA to bank lenders where PNC is most active. They're doing a bit of activity in the Sustainability-Linked loan space too recently.

What else...Yeah it's a good bank, give it a shot.
