post-superday, HR asked to update them if anything changed in my process?

Sorry if this question has been answered, the suspense is killing me...

Had a superday about two weeks ago and I thought it went really well. I am not sure how many total the firm is holding, but I know i was in the first group of superdays. Following my superday, I reached out to HR and asked when a decision would be made. The representative did not respond for a few days but then said a decision should be made early next week. In her email she also told me to keep her updated if anything in my process came up (I had given the names of the other firms I was interviewing with).

Can anything be deduced from this? on one hand, i'm skeptical that they are awaiting a response from the top candidate. On the other hand, the optimistic side of me is hoping that being asked to update them about other offers is a good sign..

Anyone ever faced a similar situtation? I know nothing can be definitively concluded from this, but the suspense is literally twisting my stomach....
