PWP 2021 SA return rate + pay bump?

Title says it. How was the return rate at PWP (particularly NY) this summer? Does anyone have insight into if they’re planning on bumping pay and what bonuses looked like this year as well?

We don't hear until Thursday. Historically, it is very high. The firm is growing like crazy and I think it's safe to assume it will be high again (+ significant FT hiring for our size because of growth trajectory). Also, no one has mentioned a pay bump yet. I think they’ll move at some point to make up at least part of the gap. We have less mouths to feed than an EVR, so I don’t think it’s out of the realm of possibility to match 120 A1 (but this is all conjecture on my part).

Can you speak a little to why the offer was so low? Were the interns you guys are cutting incompetent? Just seems extremely far form "your offer to lose". ESPECIALLY in a virtual environment where it wasn't easy to make a good impressions, etc. (I SA'd at PWP and got a return thankfully btw, but I'm honestly pissed bc of the low return rate (best friend got fucked) and will consider reneging)

in exact situation, some of my closest friends I made this summer got axed for unclear reasons and I will 100% be re-recruiting
