Quantitative Techniques
Specific quantitative techniques used by global macro funds for trade entry or trade analysis? Maybe looking for what/how they would model? And types of modeling techniques used? Additionally, could it be cost effective for Fund to use Prop shop like wolverine for execution?
Broadly, econometrics/time series analysis techniques, such a PCA, etc... What/how would vary wildly and widely.
Hard to imagine a fund using a prop shop, due to the obvious conflicts of interest. However, a fund could very well use a specialist broker for execution.
