Questions to ask in HR screening?
I have an HR phone interview next week and I haven't dealt with the job search process in quite a bit. I have no idea what to ask these people as they likely have no insight into the field. All I can think to ask is to describe the role but I already know what the role is. Any suggestions?
They like it when you ask about the culture of the company and the different offices... maybe pretend that you care or undertsand about benefits. I normally ask about community involvement and throw in some line about how my current volunteer work is outside of my company because they don't have enough philanthropy.
