I saw this video on TikTok. Is racism at Goldman Sachs really that bad? She made GS sound like a plantation. She has many other videos too, and people in her comments are telling their own stories.
I hope she sues instead of making tiktok videos about what she went through.
Other people brought up filing a lawsuit in her comments, but she said she didn't want to be blacklisted from the industry. I think she said she works at Ares now.
Help me understand, so filing a lawsuit will get her banned from the industry but making accusations of racism about her previous firm on tiktok won't?
