Rate My Odds Of Trading Analyst --> MBB (Resume Inside)

Hi all,

I'm a washed up trading analyst 1 year in wanting to break into MBB. I'm doing well but there's a lot of uncertainty on my role looking 1-2 years out. I'm doing well and already have a moat preventing me from being fired... but who knows.

The short (true) story is that I was direct hired with the intent to fill a specific cool role, but the person in that seat returned and isn't budging. I did their job for 4 months before being essentially relegated to a full-time intern position.

I've done consulting before and I liked it so want to switch. The job stability/transferrability of skill set and somewhat defined career progression are big pluses coming from a trading desk.

The good news is:
* Top school, great academic rankings and top grades in a well known undergrad business degree,
* Interesting work xp/responsibilities
* Good at interviewing
* Have some decent prior consulting xp and corp finance xp

Bad news is:
* Failed two courses early on in undergrad in my first degree (seperate econ degree, before doing business)
* Less than a month to prep for consulting cycle
* No extracurriculars... other than studying for CFA. I work minimum 60h/week, usually around 70.
* Mostly set on MBB or bust... my current role isn't that bad where I need out ASAP.

Please check my resume, all feedback is greatly appreciated!

Looking to fine tune it, my job is hard as we do a touch a ton of areas and individually we don't contribute much since we operate very interchangeably/share one big trading book with 100's of trades and 1000's of tickets.
