Have a friend in this group. Hours are very long but it is definitely among the top places to be for MM tech with extremely solid deal flow. I know one of their MDs recently left to join Gugg but I don’t think their deal flow has been impacted at all. Overall, seems like a great spot to be with smart people and solid exit opps.

Comp is well above street, I have an ASO1 buddy in this group in Atlanta who got 150 + 150.

Pretty bad, but it's a bottom-up issue of lots of dealflow, not a top-down cultural issue from the MDs/staffers or whatever. More like 2021 Moelis than 2014 Moelis or 2021 FTP, if that makes sense.

Worked in this group as an analyst. Do not wish upon my worst enemy. Absolute sweatshop, complete analyst & associate exodus from the Atlanta and Boston offices. Senior management team that does not listen to the concerns of junior bankers consistently working them past 3am weekday and weekend for months on end

Moelis hours without Moelis prestige

If you have an offer from any other mm bank or above, would recommend it. RJTS isn't worth the mm pe exits

Have some friends that work in the Boston group. I hear it can be unorganized but they get great deal flow. Boston is the number 3 city in VC funding and there are so few investment banks up here that the Companies really only have like 3 banks to go to, meaning you spend a lot of time on execution and relatively less on pitching.
