Hey Guys- Hoping I don't get roasted too badly here. I have a real estate startup (Airbnb/STR brokerage plus education courses and other IP ventures). It has been valuated at well into the 8 figures from a traditional business broker, but with just a casual "you can expect a 5 multiple of EBITDA" model without really looking at any financials etc. I'd like to speak with a few investment bankers to see what the value of the IP is (if any) and if I might be able to do better going that route than just a broker. I have ZERO idea where to start in which companies/funds do much in the real estate world. Where would you guys start? (Pardon my ignorance, I am aware of it, haha).
