Roland Berger - progression and salaries on principal/partner level

Hi everyone,

I know, there are not many RB folks here, but recently got some confusing information about this firm and wanted to clarify:
1) What is the avg progression in RB to principal/partner? Is it really longer than in many other consultancies?
2) What are the salary levels on principal/partner levels in Europe in comparison with MBB?
