I am considering Investment Banking Analyst offers from RW Baird and BMO Capital Markets Investment Banking. Which one is better in terms of dealflow, opportunities etc?

yeah def. baird for chicago. but if you a dead set on being in NY BMO is not a bad place to be.
You Baird probably has the better deal flow now. But bmo seems to have positioned itself for growth, especially in the us.
