Salary Expectations in Scandinavia - Sweden/Copenhagen

I will be completing my MBA in Denmark next year coming from the USA, and was curious if anyone knows the salary compares to USA? There is higher vacation and benefits for Scandinavian countries, and pay does seem to be lower, but how much lower?

What would the salary differences be for PE? IB? MBB? AM?

I would like to work within Asset Management, and as I have fallen in love with Copenhagen I would like to stay, but am not sure if I will just end up with sub-$100K salary as a first year associate? Anybody have any insight?
