How is this survey conducted and what is its validity? If this is taken from averaging the salaries/bonuses users input on their profiles you need to make this (and how you adjust for inflated numbers) clear...

really random but can anyone say the starting salary for actuary jobs, and then after like 3 years and after 6 years and after 10 years. Just a rough estimate just curious?
A friend is an actuary (ASA) at towers watson. He started with 60K right after college, and after 2 years, he's at 85K. He's anticipating that he'll break 100K next year, and will cap out around 150K.
