How is this survey conducted and what is its validity? If this is taken from averaging the salaries/bonuses users input on their profiles you need to make this (and how you adjust for inflated numbers) clear...

A friend is an actuary (ASA) at towers watson. He started with 60K right after college, and after 2 years, he's at 85K. He's anticipating that he'll break 100K next year, and will cap out around 150K.
