Spectrum Equity thoughts

I have seen a lot of conflict on Spectrum, and would love to see some clarity on what people think about Spectrum compared to tier one growth shops such as TA, Summit, JMI…. In terms of analyst and associate work, comp, exit ops and overall where it stands in the growth equity ecosystem.
