Hello - does anyone have recommendations for books/materials on capital raising and advanced fund/JV structuring (or even structuring syndications) relevant to CRE? I have read a few books on this, but most seem to be pretty elementary and was hoping to learn some more advanced techniques/practices? Any help on this front would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Don't have any book recommendations but one thing I have done is google specific topics of interest, ex. waterfalls, promotes, fees, entity structuring, and within those searches look for presentations, white papers, PDFs from the big law firms. They have a lot of posted in depth FAQs, presentations, etc. out there. Another good way is to read the SEC docs from public companies, REITs, PE firms, etc. For example, you can read all of Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust's Offering Memorandums, Subscription Documents on their websites. Or for example, you could read Brookfield's SEC's docs and you will learn a lot about their entity structuring and fees.
