I'd be careful. Once you start, it's hard to get out of and the exit opportunities aren't great. It's going to take some serious networking to be able to start banging FO chicks and you will always be seen as that guy that bangs BO chicks.

If your criteria for chasing after a chick is based on job/income before looks/personality, you might just want to come out of the closet. BO/HR chicks are generally far hotter than FO chicks and nicer as well.
Also, as a general rule it's a bad idea to fuck with someone based on job title: I briefly worked with a BO guy reputed to be related to a purported mobster, and I truly pity the FO toolbox that pisses him off......
