tikehau capital summer internship – thoughts?
Saw they have NY summer analyst internships for rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors this year with rotations in private debt, capital markets, and infra. Couldn't find much info but my understanding is that this firm is a large European MM PE player but doesn't have much of a presence in the US.
Does anyone know how competitive this program is and does it set you up well for IB recruiting? How about PE recruiting? Would you take it over a no name boutique IB shop? Any insight would be appreciated.

Just recieved an invite to the final round of interviews 3 back to back video calls

No there are two rounds I spoke to some of the mds. They had a thousand applicants, cut down to 80 resumes and then 29 after the first round.
The same hr person that emailed me first emailed me again to set up a second round
did you interview with mds?
Nah both of mine were with associates, but I spoke to the md in a networking call before applying
