I know of 2 salary points for tier 2s, which are on the upper end:
45k base+10k ish bonus+ 5-8k sign on
50k base + 10k ish bonus
Simple terms upper end is c.60k ish, think some of the Big 4 strat arms may only may 40/42 base but need to confirm.
Have you heard about S& in particular? I assume the values you are citing are for EY-P / OC&C
USD or Pound?
Friend got an offer from LEK as an Analyst and got offered 42K base, 5K as signing or "relocation" bonus and no word on annual bonus. Probably 15-20% of base.
Post-UG / MSc: £40-50k + £5-10k bonus + £5-10k signing
Post-MBA: £80-90k + £15-25k bonus + £20-25k signing
Thanks! would you happen to know if consulting firms also go down the banking route in having different grades e.g. Associate 1 / 2, with differing pay for each?
Out of curiosity can someone clarify how MBB does pay raises for Associates who joined at UG and got promoted? I've heard that they are aligned to post-MBA salaries but have also heard others say that it's a yearly incremental (so essentially Associate pay is your base pay as a BA multiplied by each year's performance rating for the 2-3 years prior)
Aligned to post-MBA
Out of UG: 50 + 5-10 Out of MBA (or promoted): 85-90 + 20-40
Sign-on and relocation bonuses variable
Does that mean that there’s pretty much a massive bump up only after the first 1-2 years in an undergrad role? Or do you see promoted salaries being less than MBA ones or something along those lines
What stage is post-MBA equivalent for internal promotions?
Is it associate consultant (aka 2/3yrs in)?
