valuation group

Hey Monkeys-

I am big 4 auditor-manager level-yes i know im old- did a rotation in our financial due diligence TAS group-fluffed up my resume to show some exposure to valuation. Trying to transition to finance. secured an interview with a PE firm in their valuation practice.

I have done self study- mostly by studying the book "Investment banking" by Rosenbaum and Pearl which details the main valuation methods used on WS - DCF, trading comps, precendent transactions and LBO analysis.

Any advice for first interview?
