- Strongest groups are E&P, Industrials & TMT, industrials & energy culture is great while TMT is a sweatshop with constant turnover, same with C&R
Analyst pay is 85/90/95 with bonus ranging from 15-25%
Associate is 125/135/150 with 40% bonus
Average hours are 60ish with weeks of 80+ if you’re working on sponsor/pre-IPO/m&A deals
Corporate runs with the model for the majority of deals so you will get great modeling experience

Nothing got the preference thing in late July and that is it
Friend of mine got an email asking for availability for a phone screen a few days ago. This was for the Chicago office.
Does anyone know if the different offices operate on different timetables?
My top 3 groups are not in Chicago and I have not heard anything back
I was on the phone with a director of a CB group and they said that they expect final offers to go out late September and super days will be held shortly before that. I haven’t received any first round invites or phone screening emails yet however.
Which location was this for?
I would imagine people would start hearing things soon since intern offers were due last Friday
