At this rate we need litquidity to make a post foaming the lack of a raise since Handler will definitely see it…

People keep acting like Jefferies is a top mm because of their HC team but they don’t even pay 200k to first year analysts so how can they actually be a top bank by paying browns gibbons lang wages? They staff far too many analysts per deal and honestly are not a good bank at all. Jeff sucks

someone on another post said they've been getting an extra one-time payment that's being split over the course of a few months - is that still happening alongside the permanent pay raise?

I'm very satisfied with my bonus ngl. North of ~80k, although most 1st years in my group ranged from 60-75k. I don't think that this pay level will be sustainable for them though. How else are they supposed to keep up their business model (you know poaching seniors and overpaying them while most juniors work their ass off for pocket change). Not gonna complain this year, but after my $ clears I might start shopping myself around.

Which group? I am in M&A and get 100%, don't know anyone got less than 80%.

Any commentary at the AN level about the base increase across corporate banking?

any update on this? Still haven’t received any internal communication about a pay bump as a first year analyst/recent grad

Kinda late to this forum, but can someone just kina tell the range of comp (broken out to base and  cash bonus) for each each levell, (Analyst 1, 2, Associate 1, 2, Sr Assoc, AVP, VP, Director, ED, MD, ), how much base raise year over year, and bonus increase year over year, and if any other comp like other long-term pay, carries, and how these are paid out over how many years, how many vesting period, ect.Thanks.
