185-190

Just be sure to have girth.

When a plumber from Hoboken tells you he has a good feeling about a reverse iron condor spread on the Japanese Yen, you really have no choice. If you don’t do it to him, somebody else surely will. -Eddie B.

Muscle weighs more than fat. It all depends on build.

185 with like 14% bodyfat, feasible naturally

^Reggie Bush is 5'11" and like 10% bodyfat, most people are not walking around with this little fat, if he was 13-15% he would be nearing 220 lbs. at 5'11" in order to maintain that much muscle density

LOL! 14% is really fat. You can't have a 6 pack at 14%.

The difference b/w the body fat of Joe Schmoe and Reggie Bush is not 3%.

Anyways, my point is not that 200 pounds is an unhealthy weight for a six foot guy, but unless OP is a high performing athlete that weight is going to look on the chunkier side of athletic.

Who the fuck cares, if you can't talk to women it doesn't make a damn bit of difference.

It's not about weight but about body fat and waist to shoulder ratio. Ideally you want to aim for a shoulder to waist ratio of 1.618:1. This means that if you had a 30 inch waist, you'd need shoulder circumference of 48.5 inches which requires sometime spent in the gym.
