Gin normally Bombay sapphire and copious amounts of tonic water, lagavulin 16 and a bottle of left bank Bordeaux just in case.
Realistically, i don't set up a bar as some of my friends do. But I always have 1 of the following in rotation. Espolon, Wild Turkey 101, Mount Gay/Kraken, Dewars. Always a bottle of champagne in the fridge, bottle of white(Bogle or any other cali sub $15 chardonnay), I have several NICE bottle of vintage port and reds which I'm waiting for the right moment to drink. I'm going to be waiting 20 years for the ports.
Espolon Reposado for the win! My local store sells it for $18...best deal ever. They also have Laphroaig 10 for $37. Yeah, keep both of those always on hand with a mix of other stuff.
Tequila patron silver, a few bottles of good red wine, one Belvedere Vodka. This is all
I keep Coronas on rotation since I already look like Vin Diesel. Otherwise I keep a variety of Suntory whiskey.

Sazerac Rye, is one of my favorites....you can get it for around $30 a bottle at the bigger liquor stores in Westchester County

In terms of my stuff: I usually have Lagavulin, Four Roses Bourbon, Knob's Creek, a bottle of a scotch I'm trying (right now that's Glenlivet Nadurra which is their cask strength - little too close to everclear for me), and one bottle of Balvenie 21 that was a gift.
I also keep a bottle of titos, couple bottles of mediocre wine, and some patron silver for if I have guests or girls over. Had a bottle of Hennessy but one of my fuckboy friends drank it all one night at a pregame, so need to get more.

I was just looking at he Nadurra the other day. How is it besides like everclear. Have you tasted it with water or 1 cube of ice? Worth buying
Thanks! It has a mild taste, a little oakier than I typically like. Strong alcohol taste sorta overpowers all of the more nuanced notes haha. I only drink scotch straight, I'll do bourbon with ice though.
I mean it does a number on you so it's nice if you want to have one or two nice pours and get a solid buzz, and it's really interesting and different, but otherwise I'd say at it's pricepoint it's probably not worth getting
I'm not a big fan of the heavily peated stuff that comes out of Islay. Talisker is a nice balance between lightly peated whiskeys and the more delicate highland / speyside whiskies I prefer.
Talisker Distiller's Edition, either Sherry or Amoroso cask, won't change your life, but certainly makes it better. Cheap enough to be every day drinking, but nice enough to warrant comment if you share it.
Also: All the five standards (vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whisky (rye and bourbon) both high quality to impress, and low quality for the riff raff.
Some bottles of the cheap reds and whites, and a few bottles I wouldn't be ashamed to open in front of my bosses.

I keep a big bottle of Johnnie Walker Black in the trunk/in my cave that I make stretch. I just graduated but once I get that FT I might splurge and get a table for my bottle to sit on. Don't want to get ahead of myself.
About 2 dozen bottles of scotch.

Bottle of Hendricks, Van Brunt Stillhouse Bourbon Whiskey, Tonic Water and limes
At minimum, I keep a bottle of Scotch, a bottle of Whiskey, a bottle of Bourbon, a bottle of Gin, a bottle of decent Dark Rum, a bottle of decent Vodka, a bottle of Jameson, a bottle of Campari, a bottle of Chartreuse, 3 small bottles of Carpano Antica (I will never buy a large bottle. I store the small bottle in the Fridge once opened and it usually has a shelf life of about a month or two once broken into, Keeping it chilled slows down the oxidation and it makes 0 sense to own a big bottle if you're not drinking Sweet Vermouth based drinks in significant quantities), and bitters. 9 times out of 10 when I have company over, they go for the Vodka, Rum or Jameson, so decent quality is on the Vodka and Rum clutch here. Mixers, of course, are expected. I'm actually a fan of the La Croix seltzer waters because it makes an easy Liquor and Soda while imparting a nice flavor, but will keep Ginger Beer and Coke on hand if needed. Additionally, since I drink cocktails, I also keep a Boston Shaker, a mixing glass, a bar spoon, a muddler, two jiggers, a Hawthorne Strainer, a Julep Strainer, and a conical strainer on hand in order to make sure that I can drink what I like.
Whisky: Coal-Ila, Laphroaigh, Bunnahabhai, Bruichladdich and a bottle of Jonhy-Walker for some friends
Rum: Angostura 1919 and Mount-Gay XO (wouldn't mind if they changed the name though)
Gin: Hendrick and Monkey-47 and a bottle of Dolin Vermouth
Vodka: Chopin (would really recommend for the price)
Tequila: Silver Patron and Herradura reposado
Brandy: Godet-XO-excellence Cognac and Coureau Armagnac

Vermouth - I sometimes like super dry dirty martinis so a bottle of vermouth lasts me a while Olives - dirty it up
Tonic - like my g&t like a true sociopath
A Cabernet that I get from whole foods or a booze store for long days when I can't sleep lol
Rotating beer in the fridge- Oberon, Kona Long board , Stella Artois or any craft beer that has a cool looking bottle
Empty bottle of Veuve that I should probably toss
The proper way to make a martini is to mix gin with ice while staring at an unopened bottle of dry vermouth. Add olives to taste.
Scotch (various varieties in the $60 - $200 range), Belvedere, Russian Standard (gold/platinum), Milagro, Patron, and a few other bottles left over by drunken friends.
Also, nearly unlimited prosecco and white wine in the fridge, as well as a floor to ceiling wine cooler with mostly Argentine and California red wines (Malbecs FTW).
I drink a lot and am trying to slowly up my game to DickFuld type levels. May get there in a decade or two if I survive.
