What’s the general consensus on waiting a year to recruit?
Just hit the desk on Monday. Honestly haven’t done anything, still getting linked up to the drives and getting Seamless access. Already received emails from headhunters (I’m at a mid tier BB in a niche product group). I honestly don’t feel ready, or any willingness, to recruit. Why would analysts begin recruiting a week after they hit the desk if your situation isn’t completely unbearable?
