I'm curious when you guys think it's a reasonable time to take your GPA off of your resume?
I have low 3's GPA and came from a semi-target, and was still able to land at a good MM bank. I'm thinking of lateraling to different bank and I'd love to take it off as soon as possible.

I took it off immediately, actually I never had it on in the first place because it was so poor. For me, it either did not come up in interviews or if it did it gave me the opportunity to launch into a speech about how "I fucked up and didn't prioritize school work in College, I have regrets and it has set me back on occasions, and I've tried to solve for that by having a strong track record of experience/success post college." I've gone as far as saying "This came up with my prior firm and they were willing to take a chance on me and I was promoted X times in X years."
I have posted about the one time "So why isn't your GPA on your resume?" was the first question out of the interviewer's mouth. That was a bit uncomfortable, but ultimately the disdain I felt from that person was a good indication that I would have never enjoyed working for them even if given the opportunity.
