When to follow-up after an interview

Hey guys,

There's lots of conflicting data on here about this topic, so I wanted to ask what people thought nowadays.

I met with two PMs from a BB PB for coffee, then had phone interviews with all 3 PMs and a couple other folks. It's been a week today since those phone interviews and I haven't heard anything, besides a nice response after my "thank you" email. I was told I would hear back by this week or no later than end of month. Would it be premature to send an email today following up with them? Thanks!

A week is usually a reasonable timeframe in which to follow up. It wouldn’t hurt to add a line that shows you understand that we are in extraordinary times if delays in the process were to occur, but that you’re still very interested.
