Probably not the best forum to ask this but since this is the only forum i go on then i figure i would give this a shot. I found this violin cover on World Star Hip Hop of all places.. -_- and I really like the vibe i get from this music. I would love to listen to more violin music similar to this but don't know where I could find it. Hopefully someone has some insight

Youtube has a lot of instrument covers of popular songs.
Youtube is the place but its very general and I was looking for more of a collection, or even an "underground" artist that just does instrumental covers?

Look up "black violin". They're a hip hop violin duo and have some stuff on youtube
