Why not hire 15 guys at 80 hours a week instead of 10 at 120? I understand wanting people to dedicate themselves 100% to work. But if they manage their time well, pay for maids and food delivery, and still cannot exercise a few hours a week and get a good night's rest, I don't see how people can perform at their best. Is it really in the firm's interest to work people this hard?
