Creating a deal board...
Just as a quick market test - would anyone here be interested in / benefit from / participate in a type of deal board for each other?
I think its safe to say that we all aspire to become top producers and would only benefit from bringing in more production into our shops. Not sure the exact make-up of this crowd but I am sure there are a number of brokers, lenders, and acquisition guys that could always use a couple extra spokes on the hub..
If you are interested, please respond with your title and whether you are representing Equity, Debt, Broker for Equity or Debt or whatever else would be helpful..
Ill start - Analyst, Lender (LifeCo)
Senior Analyst, Equity (REIT)
Associate, Equity (REPE)
Analyst, Equity (REPE/Development) - all US, anything from SFR lot development to commercial stuff (development parks/communities)
Adding region would be more beneficial for guys looking to ask questions/ reach out to you guys too.
So I was thinking this can just serve as a quick litmus test of the interest out there. I am thinking if there is enough interest (15+) then we can make a separate discussion where people can post title, equity/debt/broker, deal size range, markets they are participate in (as well as located in)....etc.
Then it can just serve as a directory for deal spreading/sourcing, networking, comps, opinions that you can revisit, maybe even pinned somewhere....
Acquisitions (REPE - all asset classes - nationwide)
Associate - Investment Sales/Debt&Equity Placement
Analyst - Acquisitions (REIT)
Associate, large private investor (equity). Market is Washington, D.C. with preference for Northern Virginia. All asset types with preference for multifamily.
Investment sales. New England. Retail office and industrial.
Analyst, Mortgage Banking Firm (Philadelphia/NJ/Delaware) All asset classes
Should just turn this into a networking event.
This is a great idea.
Analyst - Agency Debt (looking for Multifamily or Healthcare deals)
I have a few value add mixed use (office and retail) opportunities in a tertiary downtown if anyone is interested. Market rents are $20NNN for office and $30-40NNN for retail and price per square foot on each building is right around $200. Lots of high end retailers moving in on the block. Healthy unlevered IRR.
Analyst, REPE - based outside of Philly, but targeting deals nationwide.
