MBB after KPMG Deals Advisory

So I'm working at KPMG Deals Advisory(associate currently but AM in like 2-3 years) in Asia. I'm a chartered accountant and want to know if I should prep for an mba or any other msc strategy etc. My goal is partner at a consulting firm preferably pure strategy. I'm indifferent about mbb or b4. (will go with the highest paying firm as long as there is pure strategy). I want to know if I should continue in the firm and rise thru the ranks(perhaps enter US, Canada or Europe) or go for an mba etc after 3 years and get in an mbb firm.

I'm leaning towards the 2nd option as they offer higher pay among not to mention they do pure strategy.

Also, how should I prep for the second option?
